cat

Keep familiar resources available while checking a low-entry box, step, or floor-level bed with veterinary guidance.

Record waking patterns, household responses, resource access, and new health signs without turning nights into endurance tests.

Check bowl cleanliness, independent access, and what water-level observations can actually tell you.

Scratching is normal cat behaviour. The useful question is not how to forbid it completely, but where to redirect it successfully.

Compare placement, stability, texture, and scratching direction without forcing a cat onto a new surface.
